The podcast telling Singapore’s hidden gay stories

Joshua, Kennede and Sam Jo name themselves The SG Boys. They’ve began one of many first LGBTQ podcasts in Singapore – the place homosexual intercourse remains to be unlawful.

Singapore’s authorities argues that the ban should stay to mirror society’s conservative views, and as a compromise it has mentioned it won’t implement the regulation.

However LGBTQ activists argue that so long as it stays, it perpetuates a stigma and fuels discrimination.

The SG Boys inform the BBC concerning the challenges of dwelling as a homosexual individual in Singapore, and the way they hope their podcast will unfold love and empathy for his or her group.
